Аналіз інформаційних потреб користувачів бібліотек закладів вищої освіти на підставі поведінкових даних з вебресурсів
Анотація
Проаналізовано технічний та інформаційний потенціали вебсайту бібліотеки університету як важливого інструменту для визначення складу його користувачів і основних шляхів їх взаємодії з цим вебресурсом (на прикладі десяти бібліотек технічних закладів вищої освіти України). Здійснено аналіз якості бібліотечних сайтів технічних ЗВО, особливостей їх структури, рубрик та функціонування. Підкреслено, що значна частина їх входить у діапазон "хороша якість", проте жоден не отримав показника "відмінна якість". Проаналізовано структуру типового сайту бібліотеки технічного закладу вищої освіти України та зроблено експертне оцінювання їх візуального та логічного стану, що дало можливість визначити рейтинг ресурсів за зручністю користування. Наведено важливі критерії для проведення такого аналізу: дизайн сторінки, зрозумілість інтерфейсу, багатомовність, наявність інклюзивних елементів, якість контенту, актуальність інформації. Проаналізовано характер взаємодії користувачів з вебресурсами університетських бібліотек України, зокрема, названо елементи, з якими користувачі можуть взаємодіяти на сайті: логотип установи, головне меню, кнопки навігації, електронні ресурси тощо. Відстежено певні тенденції у використанні різних елементів сайту. Найбільшу активність взаємодії мають кнопки головного меню, які ведуть до головного каталогу та електронних ресурсів. Популярним елементом є зміна мови сайту на англійську. Охарактеризовано користувачів сайтів університетських бібліотек за різними показниками. Виокремлено групи користувацької аудиторії вибраних інформаційних ресурсів. Подано демографічну, гендерну та соціоекономічну структуру користувацької аудиторії, а також структуру користувачів за віком. З наведених вище даних видно, що основними користувачами бібліотечних сайтів технічних закладів вищої освіти в Україні є жінки віком 18-24 та 35-44 років, що пояснюють специфікою функціонування самих закладів. Проаналізовано показники використання ресурсів досліджуваних установ. Зроблено висновки, що отримані дані мають цінну інформацію про поведінку користувачів і слугують основою для вдосконалення сайтів бібліотек.
