SIMULATION OF HEAT TRANSFER PROCESSES WHEN APPLYING THERMAL SPRAY COATINGS USING HYPERBOLIC HEAT EQUATION

Abstract


Data of mathematical modeling of heat transfer processes in the system "sprayed particles-base" on the stage of pulse pressure action (τ ≤ 10-9 s) is given. The results of the establishment of influence laws on the solution of these problems of dependent thermo physical properties of materials on temperature are presented. The estimation of the relaxation effects of commonly used combinations of coating and substrate materials is proposed. The possibility of linearization the used mathematical model based on the use of hyperbolic heat equation, which takes into account the speed finite of heat propagation is reviewed.
