Abstract


Some theoretical and practical aspects of forming of competitive potential of tourist enterprises in the conditions of sustainable development are examined. The essence of competitive potential is specified. The essence and types of internal and external competitive edges of tourist enterprises are characterised. The factors that determine the competitiveness of tourist product are described. On principles of the analysis of literary sources and results of researches the necessity of application of conception of sustainable development of tourism is described. Some prospect directions for increasing of competitiveness of enterprises of tourist industry are highlighted.
