Economic evaluation is one of the main criteria as for the expediency cultivation of planting stock cultivated cultures in the conditions of market relationships. These investigations were done at the research and industrial area of the National dendrology park "Sofiivka" of NAS of Ukraine with the use of standard techniques and guidelines. An average price of the autumnal and spring selling without VAT determined taken into consideration the quality according the marketable signs was used for the pecuniary valuation of self-root plants of investigated hazelnut varieties. Regulations which had been published in the appropriate symposiums and recommended for application in the agricultural industries of Ukraine were used for calculation of work and fuel expenses. Cultivation of established cuttings at the place of its rootage (traditional techniques), without relocation, detected the low economic efficiency. Plants retained on the rootage area showed the significant fall-out and weak increment of above ground part, which indicate that this method of planting stock cultivation shouldn't be recommended for technological environment because of the short output of standard cuttings. The high yield of cuttings was observed in the all test variants over the spring replantation of established hazelnut cuttings. Obtained cuttings were received according to the recommended techniques revealed the well over indices of economic efficiency: the low production cost of the unit, high profit and high efficiency level – Dar Pavlenko variety – 124.1 %, Sofiyivskyi-15 – 142.6 %. Thus, taken into account the agro-technological measures we have developed, cultivation of obtained hazelnut planting stock at the base of stem cuttings, let us increase the seedlings outlet up to the standard variety into the 1.5-2 times and, besides, it is highly profitable and economically reasonable.
