IDENTIFICATION OF THE ALCOHOLIC SOLUTIONS BY IMMITANCE PARAMETERS

Abstract


The methods of identification of alcoholic solutions for their electrical parameters, including water-alcohol solutions of different concentration and alcoholic beverages were examined. We have indicated that informative parameters may be permittivity, conductivity or active and reactive components of impedance or admittance of identification objects. Alcohol solvents were investigated in the frequency range and it is found that reactive components of admittance of water-alcohol solutions and vodka have clearly expressed extreme values corresponding to a certain frequency. It is proposed to use such rate to identify different brands of vodka and water-alcohol solutions.
