THE INFLUENCE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS ON FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE OF MICROBIOCENOSIS IN SODDY PODZOLIC SOILS

Abstract


We analyzed the functional structure of the five microbiocenoses of soddy podzolic soil. State of natural ecosystems and agroecosystems, depending on the hydrothermal regime of the growing season was considered. Fallow soil is characterized by stable and more integrated microbial community. This allows withstanding high temperatures and drought, save the functional structure. Soil agroecosystems are characterized by less stable functional structure depending on hydrothermal conditions of the growing season and fertilizer. More vulnerable soil microbiocenosis agroecosystem structure is observed in the application of fertilizers and the use of soil without fertilizer. Under these conditions manifest imbalance in the microbial community and breaking the link between the zymogen and autochthonous microorganisms unit. The use of organic fertilizer has a positive effect on the functional structure microbiocenosis. This increases the number of correlations between physiological groups of microorganisms. The pleiades have a closed look that indicates an increase in the stability of the microbial community to changing environmental conditions.
