Vertical Migration of Gas Condensate in Soils

The results of kinetics research of the gas condensate vertical migration in the surface layer of different soil types during emergency effusions in laboratory conditions are presented. The process of vertical migration of gas condensateis proved to depend on the filtration properties of soil, which are determined by its fractional composition, namely the content of the clay fraction and a fraction of sand and the ratio between them. It is found that the greatest time of penetration and the low velocity of gas condensate migration are characteristics for dark-grey podzolic soil, the composition of which contains a low content of sand and high content of clay fraction.
